As the Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things email! Your main responsibility will be crafting email sequences to drive various outcomes: converting trial signups, educating existing customers about new features, and enticing back customers who cancelled or let their subscription lapse. Additionally, you'll create lead magnets to grow our email list and segment it for targeted campaigns. You'll set up, track, and refine email campaigns to boost conversion rates.
While we have some email sequences in place, there's plenty of room for growth. We're looking for someone experienced in email marketing who can make a significant impact on our customer conversion and success. You'll also assist with general marketing and sales copywriting, although this will be a smaller part of your role.
In this role, you will:
π€ Develop new email onboarding funnels and enhance existing customer email sequences.
π Craft newsletters to keep existing customers informed about new features and tips.
π€Ή Create lead magnets to capture email addresses from our website visitors.
π Monitor and track email deliverability, opens, clicks, click-through rates, and conversions.
πΊοΈ Update information about new features on our app listing pages.
π Write copy about new features for our front-end website.
π’ Draft feature descriptions and tooltip explanations for our backend.
π€ Prepare support documentation about new features.
π Generate social media posts about site builder tutorials and schedule them in SmarterQueue.
π€ Develop App Listing pages for real integrations with website builders.
Working Hours β°: Full-time, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule. No specific hours required for team overlap, but a regular schedule is preferred for clear expectations.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
β Expertise in SaaS email funnel creation, developing and executing segmented email marketing strategies and automations throughout the customer lifecycle.
β Skills in newsletter creation, devising and implementing educational and promotional campaigns to nurture customers.
β Ability to create lead magnets, crafting and executing lead magnets and corresponding email funnels to attract new customers.
β Proficiency in copywriting, drafting email funnels, onboarding sequences, newsletters, lead magnets, website updates, social posts, and app listings.
β General marketing experience, understanding the customer buying journey.
β Experience with email software, monitoring, and analytics, setting up segmented funnels, tracking performance metrics, monitoring email deliverability, opens, clicks, click-through rates, and conversions.
β CRO experience, optimising email funnels for open rates, clicks, and conversions.
