Compensation
ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $90,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

- Ability to access coursework and make recommendations for academic review.
- Follows established processes as outlined by organization and leadership.
- Proven background of leading complex projects that involve internal and external stakeholders from several departments
- Completes assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skill set.
- Collaborates with training, enrollment, field, student services, registration, and admissions to ensure clear understanding of the benefits of pathways partners and develop tools for training/reference.
- Consistently produces a high volume of quality work.
- Capable, and adapts as needed, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel.
- Must support and embrace the College’s B Corp mission to improve the people and communities we serve through our civic engagement initiatives.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Must be collaborative in driving decisions and a team-player across various college departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Recognizes and anticipates student needs through pathway partner’s offerings.
Day to Day Responsibilities
The Education Solutions Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our valued Education Solution partners. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Partner Management:
- Works closely with the Senior Vice President and Head of Education Solutions, along with internal teams, to manage existing and new education Solution partners for credit and transcription opportunities.
- Collaborates in the assessment and management of new opportunities, evaluating their potential impact on the college and the population it serves.
- Manages partner revenue reporting, both internally and externally.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
Partnership Strategy Development:
- Develops and execute partnership strategies to enable successful partnership launches, including partnerships that may require amendments to standard terms and creative incentives (e.g., co-marketing).
- Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Academics, IT, Enrollment Operations, Student Services, and Finance) and Field Operation teams to develop partnership strategies for new initiatives and suggest ways to expand existing ones.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serves as the subject matter expert for Education Solutions partners, ensuring that both ACE and the partners' goals are being met.
- Establishes processes, internal workflows, and identify projected and realized ROI for partnerships.
- Develops reporting mechanisms to measure the success of strategic pathway partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Manages coordination with internal cross-functional teams and Field Operation teams to ensure seamless partnership launches and ongoing success.
- Works effectively with multiple teams and levels of management to drive partner success and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience with K-12 account management, implementation, and customer success.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and levels of management.
- Understanding of credit for prior learning, transfer policies, and academic pathway journeys.
- Documented excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information with clarity.
- Ability to navigate and thrive within an ambiguous and quickly evolving working environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
