Acentra is looking for a Enterprise Architect to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Architect will focus on system architecture elements enterprise-wide with a focus on the technical architectures that enable Acentra Health’s transformation. This role will lead in the development of enterprise architecture principles, patterns, standards, and practices for integrating third-party software platforms (COTS) and their utilization by the enterprise. As a technical expert, trusted advisor, and partner, you will guide company leadership to ensure coherent execution of the technology investments to fully enable the success of the enterprise strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate operational support, maintenance, and interconnectivity activities for Acentra Health’s enterprise third-party applications, such as General Ledger, Travel, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Recruitment, Workforce Engagement, Learning Management System (LMS), etc.
- Develop reference architectures and roadmaps that enable corporate technology strategies and assist in the implementation of enterprise third-party platforms.
- Provide actionable guidance and a clear path forward that gives business and IT partners the visibility and foresight they need to proactively manage key technology investments, risks, and initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis, including Total Cost of Ownership evaluation, to compare and select technology investments. Partner with Solution Architects to assess technologies and technology vendors to ensure the best fit for the business and enterprise technology landscape.
- Act as a point of connection between other architects as well as IT and business partners to ensure that project teams, vendors, and stakeholders are aligned and proceeding in compliance with corporate strategy and technology-related enterprise standards and policy.
- Contribute to, maintain, and implement enterprise policies, processes, tools, and methodologies that support architecture standards, guide technology decisions, and ensure effective evolution of the architecture within the organization.
- Analyze external and internal trends and drivers that impact the execution of the corporate strategy.
- The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, or equivalent education and related training
- 5+ years of architecture/design/delivery experience which includes enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or application design experience in technology and security
- Developing strategy and plans for delivering projects on schedule and under budget
- Understanding the data flows between internal/external systems including Application Programming Interfaces (API) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)
- Ability to communicate with staff that possess both high and low levels of technical expertise/knowledge
- Working knowledge of change management and release management processes and procedures
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner; is detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and broad architectural skills
- Comprehensive experience with various technology domains, including infrastructure, security, and application integration
- Experience and knowledge in dissecting process flows provided by business teams and translating them into a workable process for the applications

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $82,701 - $130,000.00 per year
“Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”
