About This Opportunity

Hapn is in search of dynamic, results-oriented individuals with a relentless drive and a keen sense of competitiveness to join our esteemed sales team as an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR). As an Enterprise BDR, you will spearhead the mission of initiating connections and identifying prospective clients at the enterprise level.

As the initial point of contact in the prospecting journey, the Enterprise BDR plays a pivotal role in leveraging persuasive tactics and innovative strategies to uncover potential customers. Your arsenal comprises outbound cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging social media platforms to unearth promising leads.

How You’ll Help Us Succeed

Success in this role hinges on your ability to embody traits such as self-motivation, adaptability, and a thirst for knowledge. Your knack for swiftly evaluating opportunities and meticulously tracking them within our CRM system will be instrumental to your triumph. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Executing outbound prospecting initiatives (calls, emails, social media outreach) and qualifying promising prospects from Hapn’s extensive lead database.
  • Identifying key decision-makers within target organizations to gain insights into their objectives, pain points, operational processes, and areas ripe for enhancement.
  • Leveraging industry expertise in a consultative manner to engage prospects in discussions centered around optimizing business outcomes.
  • Spotting opportunities and pain areas within a prospect’s business landscape, and igniting interest in our solutions by showcasing their potential to address business challenges effectively.
  • Facilitating discovery meetings for Account Executives to delve deeper into a prospect’s business dynamics and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and harnessing automation tools within our CRM platform, HubSpot, to streamline workflows.
  • Generating leads and identifying prospective clients through comprehensive online research, targeted email campaigns, proactive cold calling, strategic social media engagement, and participation in industry conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in prospecting to enterprise-level companies is essential, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures and engaging with high-level decision-makers.
  • Previous experience in prospecting within the construction equipment rental vertical is a plus
  • Demonstrate exemplary questioning and qualification skills, backed by a track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Meet and exceed productivity metrics (calls, emails, etc.) and desired outcomes (attended & qualified meetings).
  • Prior experience in qualifying and recommending new products and services to prospects is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in adopting a consultative approach to uncovering client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by juggling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Innate organizational skills, self-motivation, and an unwavering determination to succeed.
  • Experience with HubSpot is considered a plus.

Base salary range is $65k-$75k based on geography & experience, with an OTE of $125k.
