RVB Associates, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. As a reputable company in the industry, we prioritize maintaining organized and efficient filing systems to support our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing physical and electronic files. From sorting and indexing documents to ensuring proper storage and retrieval, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our company's records.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and categorize incoming documents and files
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Label and index files for easy retrieval and reference
- Ensure proper storage and organization of files
- Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Retrieve and deliver files as requested
- Archive and dispose of outdated files in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in file management systems and software
- Strong knowledge of filing best practices and records management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
