Full Job Description

RVB Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents and records to support our company's operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sorting and categorizing incoming documents and files
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Labeling and indexing files for easy retrieval and reference
  • Ensuring proper storage and organization of files
  • Performing routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Retrieving and delivering files as requested
  • Archiving and disposing of outdated files in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in file management systems and software
  • Strong knowledge of filing best practices and records management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
