Full Stack Developer - with SAP Data Knowledge

Digital Scientists is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who has SAP Data Knowledge to work full time remotely within the United States.

As a key member of our technology division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our business. You'll work within a Node/TypeScript stack to architect and develop a dynamic customer portal that integrates seamlessly with our existing SAP data sources. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across design, development, and product management, you will leverage your full stack expertise to create robust solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline business processes.

Job Duties

• Work across the full stack, building digital solutions that facilitate positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Utilize your familiarity with ERP concepts, preferably SAP, to ensure our solutions meet complex business requirements.
• Work primarily in Node, Typescript, & React among others.
• Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including attending project stand-ups, defining requirements, scoping, implementing, and deploying.
• Collaborate across time zones remotely via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent video conferences where required.
• Work directly with clients to achieve the best results for their projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of development experience
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP environments, preferably in Logistics & Warehouse management
• Strong skills and experience in JavaScript coding skills with the ability to write well-documented, well-tested code
• Additional coding language skills e.g. Ruby and  Python desired
• Proficient with modern web technologies such as JavaScript ES6/7, CSS3, and HTML5
• Preferred experience with Azure, including familiarity with Azure Logic Apps
• Experience with Mulesoft is a plus
• Experience managing large datasets, creating efficient rollup tables, and performing data aggregation
• Strong experience with Git
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
