Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. Thousands of companies use Bevi to sustainably provide their employees with pure, sparkling, and flavored water at work. As the market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, we’ve raised over $160M in venture capital and we have grown tremendously each year since launch. In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the General Manager, Partner Sales and Programs will drive the overall growth and service strategy for Bevi’s channel relationships. You will be responsible for setting a strategic vision with supporting projects, processes and measures to drive successful outcomes. You'll manage a team that is responsible for training and coaching partners to service and sell Bevi to the best of their ability.

They represent the Bevi brand and make the difference in end-customer satisfaction, ensuring customers can Hydrate Happy. Success in this role is measured through end-customer satisfaction, growth in partner sales and partner service scores.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and grow enduring relationships with distribution partners.
- Ensure Bevi provides a peerless user experience no matter who is selling or servicing the product or where they use it.
- Create the Partner program’s strategic vision with supporting projects, processes and measures to drive successful outcomes.
- Create clear, standardized, and quantified operating procedures for sales and service plays.
- Support the definition and implementation of operational processes which optimize partner and end user satisfaction.
- Ensure that partners and their branches understand and use Bevi resources.
- Provide partner feedback to the Bevi leadership team with recommended improvement opportunities across all departments, from Product to Support and Operations.
Requirements
- Experience successfully scaling a world-class distribution program for a physical product.
- Consultative sales skills and persuasive presentation skills. Gravitas to own the room with distribution partners, with the humility to listen and learn during every interaction.
- Demonstrated experience building operational processes to onboard, manage, and incentivize resellers or distribution partners.
- A track record of leading teams to hit ambitious sales quotas. Past success in recruiting, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills.
- Experience owning a P&L and comfort with financial reports.
- At least 10 years working in a company that sold heavily through retailers or other distribution channels.
- Excellent internal and external communication.
- Willing to travel 25% of the time.
