As a GTM DevX Solution Architect you will report to the VP of Solutions; you will be responsible for supporting account management and sales activities, providing product demonstrations to new and existing clients, and managing sales enablement for technology partner programs focused on our GTM strategies in DevX

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand Atlassian's software and offerings and understand how to best position them with Praecipio’s DevX offerings.
• Aid account management and sales processes around client budgets, best practices, and service recommendations.
• Provide product demonstrations and coordinate expertise for sales activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners.
• Focus on customer retention and proactive engagement to discover new opportunities that focus on Praecipio’s GTM DevX strategy
• Stay updated on IT trends and participate in trade shows and networking activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise for sales collateral and marketing efforts.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency

• Ability to understand IT and business process needs within the infrastructure and DevOps space, and formulate solutions based on DevX products and offerings.
• Atlassian product consulting and/or configuration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong knowledge of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Sales and Development

• Preferred background in selling products related to software development, technology management and delivery, and/or IT operations

• Show consistent success with a maintaining and building client relationships within an organization

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

• Resilient, problem-solving, self-learner with great attention to detail
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding set goals and assigned quotas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects & meet deadlines

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Atlassian product consulting and/or configuration
• Minimum of 15 years in software development and engineering in enterprise environments

Salary

$150,000 + USD  base salary depending on location and experience
