Acelab, a leading innovator in construction technology, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's growth in the AEC market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing communications, brand building, messaging, influencer network development, and public relations within the construction technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Acelab's business objectives and target audience in the architectural market.
- Craft compelling brand messaging and narratives that effectively communicate Acelab's unique value proposition and resonate with the architectural community.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Build and manage a robust influencer network within the architectural industry to amplify Acelab's brand presence and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure product positioning and messaging are consistent with the overall brand strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry publications, trade associations, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and enhance Acelab's reputation.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive measurable results.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction technology industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the architectural market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Experience building and managing influencer networks and relationships with industry thought leaders.
- Skilled in public relations, with a track record of securing positive media coverage and managing crisis communications, if necessary.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
