The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Lead Industry Initiatives: Take the helm in driving industry-specific projects and initiatives to propel Seeq's platform forward. 
  • Craft Strategic Business Plans: Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to each industry, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Analyze Market Trends: Dive deep into market data and metrics to uncover trends and insights, guiding strategic decision-making. 
  • Create Compelling Messaging: Develop captivating and relevant messaging that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of our target audience. 
  • Foster Industry Relationships: Cultivate and nurture a robust network within the industry to enhance Seeq's brand presence and expand our reach. 
  • Collaborate on Content Creation: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create engaging go-to-market content that resonates with our audience. 
  • Empower Strategic Customers: Provide resources and support to empower our strategic customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction. 
  • Share Success Stories: Showcase Seeq's impact through the creation of public case studies and participation in industry events. 
  • Align Marketing Messaging: Partner with Product Marketing to ensure that our messaging is aligned with market needs and resonates with our audience. 
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Regularly contribute insightful content to industry publications, positioning Seeq as a thought leader in the field. 
  • Promote Seeq's Impact: Represent Seeq at industry events, engage with analysts, and leverage social media channels to amplify our message. 
  • Track Performance Metrics: Keep Salesforce updated with key performance metrics, providing valuable insights to guide future campaigns. 
  • Stay Ahead of Competition: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience including manufacturing.
  • Management consulting or corporate strategy experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in industry-specific regulations and geographical variations.
  • Deep understanding of industry dynamics and the time-series data analytics space.
  • Self-directed work habits with strong initiative, drive, creativity, and maturity.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Strong consulting, listening, and communication skills for effective discovery.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 15%, including internationally.
  • Ability to build and run reports in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Adapt quickly to changes in sales plans, Seeq product strategy, and organizational direction, remaining flexible and agile in approach.
