Medscope, a Medical Guardian company, is a fast-growing and leading provider of medical alert systems and services, dedicated to enhancing the safety, independence and quality of life for our member-base.
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven individual to join our Installer Coordination team in an Administrator role. This role will oversee the recruiting, onboarding, documentation and compliance requirements for our nation-wide independently contracted installer network. This role is key to business operations and maintaining service level expectations to provide best-in-class experiences for our member base, as well as ensuring departmental performance is aligned with projected business growth.
The Installer Coordination Administrator role is a full-time remote role with core hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain multiple contract installer job postings.
- Familiarity with each Installer Coordinator’s territory and business-level initiatives to understand and support recruiting needs.
- Assist Installer Coordination team with scheduling and following up with interview candidates, and complete additional recruiting tasks as needed.
- Grow and maintain exceptional knowledge of installer network web platform.
- Compile, organize and upload installer onboarding documentation on installer network web platform.
- Monthly documentation audit to ensure all compliance documents are on file for each installer in the network.
- Strategize improvements and enhancements to streamline onboarding process.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge and documentation of compliance requirements by state, including regular review and updates of requirements in the database.
- Assist Compliance team with investigation and review of agency audits related to installations.
- Assist management in development and implementation of corrective action plans related to compliance audits.
- Develop training documents, resources, videos, assessments and SOPs to ensure positive installer experience and maximize success.
- Complete outbound calls to subset of members to ensure successful testing of equipment.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Keen ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency and quickly pivot from one project to another.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and consistently meet or exceed personal and departmental performance goals.
