This position is for a full-time experienced Inventory Management Specialist who can demonstrate proficiency in inventory control, supply chain management, and demand forecasting. Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They should be proficient in supply chain management principles, inventory control, and demand forecasting techniques. The Inventory Management Specialist will collaborate with various teams within the organization and must have excellent communication skills.

The Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing demand patterns, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory replenishment processes
- Analyze demand patterns and develop supply plans to meet forecasted demand
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine supply needs and forecast demand
- Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies
- Continuously improve inventory control processes and systems
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Inventory Management Specialist (Supply Planner) or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in inventory control principles and supply chain management
- Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and inventory management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
