Our client, Delcoi, is seeking a highly skilled and creative landscaping design specialist to join their team. As a Landscaping Design Specialist, you will design and create visually stunning, functional, and sustainable landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
  • Create detailed landscape designs, including plant selection, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems.
  • Produce accurate and visually appealing 2D and 3D renderings of landscape designs.
  • Provide recommendations on sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping practices.
  • Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape designs.
  • Stay up to date with landscaping trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase and explain design concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other landscape design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
  • Understanding of sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to landscaping.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of landscape design projects.
