The Opportunity

As Lead Full Stack Engineer, you'll architect and build the core systems that power their financial platform, from user interfaces to financial infrastructure. You'll work directly with the founder to create solutions that handle everything from money movement to stock transactions, while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a share sale platform, enabling automated stock transactions
• Build flexible API integrations with multiple financial partners and brokerages
• Enhance the user dashboard to drive engagement and deliver new financial products
• Architect systems that maintain compliance while scaling for rapid growth

What We're Looking For

Note: Strong preference for candidates with direct FinTech experience, particularly in money movement, brokerage integrations, and lending platforms.

Must-Have Experience:

• 7+ years of software engineering, with 3+ years in technical leadership
• Proven full stack experience building and deploying production applications
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and back-end scalability
• Direct experience with financial systems, particularly:
• Money movement and payment processing
• Brokerage integrations
• Lending platforms
• Regulatory compliance in fintech
• Experience building reliable multi-partner financial integration systems
• Early-stage startup experience
