Wilson Hand LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leads Director to join our team. As the Leads Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lead generation process to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and ensure the quality and quantity of leads generated.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in lead generation and management, with a proven track record in driving successful lead generation campaigns. You have a deep understanding of various lead generation channels and techniques, and are skilled in using data and analytics to optimize lead generation efforts. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee the entire lead generation process, including lead sourcing, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage and mentor a team of lead generation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and management.
- Proven track record in driving successful lead generation campaigns.

Benefits
Compensation
We offer a very competitive salary of $60,000 a year and a bonus that could match that salary.
The annual average for this role is $40,000-$60,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
