Full Job Description

What we are looking for: 

 

We are seeking an experienced Localization Producer with a strong track record in translation and linguistics within the gaming industry, ideally including live service products.  
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience managing multi-language translation projects, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring quality assurance.  
A deep understanding of cultural nuances and their impact on gaming content is essential, along with excellent organizational skills.  
Proficiency in translation management tools and software is required, and fluency in at least one language other than English is a must, with additional languages being an advantage.  

Requirements

What we will do together: 

 

  • Collaborate with internal Directors and developers to understand project needs and translation requirements for both strings and audio. 
  • Organize, operate, and oversee the entire localization process, from initial planning to final delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with essential ex-dev and publishing partners. 
  • Work with production stakeholders to define and control costs while ensuring all translated content meets our high standards.. 
  • Proactively spot, address and resolve any linguistic or cultural issues that arise during the localization process in partnership with key stakeholders. 
  • Measure and contribute to the continuous improvement of localization workflows and tools over time. 
  • Potential for limited travel to provide production support for recording sessions
