We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and a passion for developing innovative solutions to improve our annotation processes and tools. You will work closely with our data scientists, annotation team, and clients to ensure high-quality data delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to automate and enhance the data annotation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve annotation accuracy and efficiency.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and systems for managing large datasets.
• Conduct experiments and perform data analysis to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the annotation team to provide guidance on best practices and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and data annotation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, models, and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

Will be a great plus:

• Experience in the annotation or data labeling industry.
• Knowledge of computer vision and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with active learning, semi-supervised learning, and other advanced ML techniques.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and tools in the context of data annotation.
