Full Job Description
The Manager, Technical Integrations will be responsible for ensuring the successful technical implementation of TrustEngine’s products for new customers. You will serve as a bridge between the sales, onboarding, customer success, and product engineering teams, working closely with clients to understand their specific needs, and overseeing the seamless deployment of our product solutions. You will work with Product & Engineering helping build the right tech that can improve speed, support, reliability and capacity to connect with data sources to enhance the product experience for our customers. This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional customer communication.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical project management for customer system integrations and implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, onboarding, product development, and customer support, to facilitate a smooth implementation process
- Conduct detailed onboarding sessions to understand customer technical implementation requirements and tailor the implementation process accordingly
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the product development team to resolve any implementation challenges
- Assist in monitoring the integrations support channels to help resolve issues for current clients
- Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the implementation process
- Operate effectively as a member of the Integrations team, supporting both existing and new integrations for TrustEngine’s product lines
- Continuously tests new and existing integrations to provide feedback to Product & Engineering teams to determine the right integration capabilities to invest in and turn integration into a superpower
- Onboard new integrations and defines custom mapping and configurations
- Create and maintain relationships with key people in partner platform organizations to align roadmaps and goals
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Integration experience within banking and/or the mortgage industry
- Experience using CRM’s and Marketing Automation Platforms
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to customize and style user interface
- Great people skills and desire to form relationships where each party succeeds
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
- Experience managing customer technical implementations and project management
- Experience connecting data platforms like CRMs (eg. Salesforce, TotalExpert), LOSes (eg. Encompass), and other platforms like CDPs
- Preference for experience managing APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Experience managing external technical relationships with partners
- Experience representing operational and strategic concepts to executives and across the organization
- Experience creating a prioritization framework with Product/Engineering teams

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
