Marketing Analyst

BW KENNEDY, a leader in the high-end residential renovation industry, is seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights that drive our marketing strategies. Your expertise will help us enhance our brand presence and effectively promote our luxurious renovation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the luxury home renovation sector.
• Analyze customer data and behavior to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing channels and recommend optimizations for improved results.
• Support the creation of marketing materials by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing analysis or data analysis role, preferably in the construction or renovation industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, CRM software).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms is a plus.
