About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized undergraduate student to join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Sales Enablement Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on projects that directly impact our marketing and sales efforts. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Marketing & Trade Shows:
- Assist with planning and logistics for upcoming trade shows and field marketing events. This includes tasks like booth design, attendee registration, and promotional material creation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and on-site logistics for trade shows.
- Help generate leads and collect data at trade shows and events.
- Track and report on event performance and follow-up activities.
- Sales Enablement:
- Build and maintain targeted outbound lead generation lists for the sales team, using a variety of research techniques.
- Maintain and update CRM with relevant information.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, such as presentations and one-pagers.
- Manage and update content on our internal sales enablement platform.
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our affiliate program.
- Create content (e.g., blog posts, social media graphics) to attract and onboard new affiliates.
- Track and report on the performance of the affiliate program.
- Landing Page Creation:
- Work with the marketing team to develop and design landing pages for specific marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Hubspot to build and maintain landing pages.
- Track and analyze the performance of landing pages and report on key metrics.
This is a paid position. The compensation package will be in the range of $18-$22 per hour. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
- Interest in marketing and sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
