Marketing & Content Lead - Job Description

As noted in the essay, we primarily focus on C-level executives who understand the transformative potential that AI has in their operations. Over the past year, we have relied on founder-led sales to tell our story, gain trust, and convert executives into Arkham advocates. Now, with more than 15 enterprise customers and a well-documented set of success stories, we are ready for the next phase of growth.
As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to help us accelerate growth by staying true to the ethos of our company: an exceptional AI Operating System that drives transformative impact, a proven implementation method, and customer service deeply committed to our clients’ success with AI.
As Arkham’s founding Marketing Lead, your role is to build and execute our marketing strategy to drive 3X revenue growth in 2025. Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation, Management, and Brand Building
- Crafting and managing compelling content that tells Arkham’s story and highlights our success stories. This includes developing case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces that emphasize our product innovations and research progress.
- Overseeing all aspects of content creation, from ideation to execution, to ensure Arkham’s brand and message resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Establishing and maintaining Arkham’s presence at key industry events.
Inbound Funnel Development
- Spearheading continuous improvements to Arkham’s website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Driving SEO efforts to improve visibility and optimize product pages.
Outbound Marketing
- Testing outbound channels such as cold email, LinkedIn marketing, and others to generate qualified leads and drive engagement.
As the Marketing Lead, you’ll play a critical role in Arkham’s growth trajectory, ensuring that our brand, message, and strategies align with the transformative impact we deliver to our customers.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools such as Webflow, Figma, and SEO strategies. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with design teams and engineers.
- Content & Social Media Expertise: Strong experience in content creation and social media management, with the ability to build and engage a community effectively.
- Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for communicating Arkham's message to diverse audiences.
- Industry Engagement: Willingness to travel for industry events, client meetings, and other business activities that expand Arkham's reach and visibility
