Summary of Position: 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive interest and generate leads for the Alert and Nexa brands across the Legal, Home Services, and Healthcare sectors.

 

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine email and content, subject lines, and send times for maximum effectiveness
  • Plan and schedule posts for social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Plan and schedule webinars and podcasts to engage target audiences, promote brand awareness, and support lead generation efforts
  • Manage and segment contact lists, categorizing new leads/prospects and existing clients for tailored marketing outreach
  • Create and maintain regular reporting on key metrics for email marketing, social media, and lead generation activities
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for continuous improvement in lead generation and conversion rates

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field  
  • 3+ years of experience with demand generation
  • Proven experience in email marketing, including crafting, scheduling, and analyzing campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Experience planning and executing webinars and podcasts, including promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up
  • Strong data management skills with the ability to organize, segment, and analyze contact lists
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for tracking leads and customer interactions
  • CRM experience required, preferably with Salesforce Pardot for email automation, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
