Summary:
The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing projects. This position will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of marketing projects, from conception to completion
- Work with the key stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that marketing projects are aligned with the company's overall goals
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Track project progress and report on status to the VP of Marketing and PR
- Manage vendors and contractors involved in marketing projects
- Develop and implement creative marketing solutions
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices
- Contribute to the development of the company's marketing brand and identity
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects on time and within budget, and providing recap emails to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Proficiency with marketing project management software and tools, including ClickUp
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
