Requirements
We’re looking for a Law Firm Management Consultant who can offer strategic support and guidance. In this client-facing role, you will be instrumental in enhancing performance, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
📊 Identify and implement solutions to improve client profitability and operational efficiency.
📈 Evaluate client responses to assessment results, identify areas for improvement, develop plan to implement solutions and manage implementation of solutions
📝 Analyze problem areas and develop effective action plans.
🚀 Drive strategic and operational initiatives to be completed on time and budget.
⚖️ Identify and implement tools to optimize business operations..
📅 Manage the design, rollout, and training for new processes, programs, and systems.
🗣️ Provide expert advice on topics such as strategy, workflow optimization, financial management, legal technology, and resource allocation.
👥 Manage clients as a primary or secondary contact, including preparing for and conducting client meetings.
🔄 Serve as a backup to Founder on client matters when necessary.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role requiring overlap with the EST time zone, ideally between 6 AM to 3 PM EST, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
We’re looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
🏛️ Minimum of 3 years of experience working internally at a law firm (ideally more than 7 years).
👥 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
🧩 Strong problem-solving skills.
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👥 Enjoy working with and helping people
📅 Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
🔍 High attention to detail and analytical skills.
⚖️ Understanding of legal practices and regulatory requirements.
💻 Knowledge of legal technology.
📊 Experience in law firm financial management.
Brownie Points for:
⭐ Master's degree in business or a related field.
⭐ Certified Legal Manager (CLM) or other relevant certifications.
⭐ Licensed lawyer.
⭐ Senior-level experience working internally at a law firm.
