As a Microsoft D365 F&O Managed Services Lead Finance Consultant you can expect to…
- Use your direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 F&O to assist clients and build collaborative relationships with a variety of individuals and groups at all levels
- Utilize your organizational and prioritization skills to work with system integrations, in addition to coordinating batch job schedules
- Confidently carry out troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting errors with minimal oversight
- Guide colleagues and clients with your results-oriented professional communication skills to problem solve and influence others appropriately
- Successfully implement General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter, and Project Accounting
- Engage your Public Sector experience, adding value to clients with unique business challenges
- Work remote 100%

- Collaborating with technical teams to implement customizations and integrations as needed, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems and data sources
- Working in a highly collaborative team environment
- Facing the challenges that come along with D365 consulting, participating in all stages of multiple D365FO implementation projects
- Writing functional specs, gap document, and training materials
- Analyzing existing business processes and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365 Finance functionality, including identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing system usage
- Using your strong communication, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills to work within an ever-changing environment
- Prioritizing client satisfaction through:
- Meeting facilitation,
- Thinking clearly and calmly under pressure,
- Acting with a professional demeanor,
- Solving complex problems with creative solutions, and
- Managing time and tasks accordingly

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (CPA highly desired)
- A least 7-10 years of experience working with D365 for Finance and Operations/Dynamics AX solutions
- Experience with Data management
- Experience with AP Automation preferred
- Learn complex business functions and system processes
- Work independently and proactively seek out information
- Commitment to personal growth through constantly assessing and incorporating new technologies and software into your skillset
