Responsibilities

• Develops and implements supply chain strategies focused on the efficient provision of services and supplies to military personnel.

• Coordinates with military clients and stakeholders to identify their supply needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

• Manages relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to secure necessary resources and negotiate favorable contracts.

• Analyzes data and metrics to assess supply chain performance, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution activities specific to military operations.

• Ensures compliance with military policies, regulations, and standards in all supply chain processes.

• Leads a team of supply chain professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Monitors and manages budgets related to supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

• Develops and implements best practices for supply chain management within the military context, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Prepares comprehensive reports for senior management regarding the performance and challenges of military supply chain operations.

• Drives initiatives for sustainability and efficiency in supply chain processes while adhering to military compliance requirements.

The Military Personnel Supply Chain Manager plays an essential role in ensuring that The Willows Communications meets the logistical demands of military personnel, safeguarding the timely delivery of essential services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with emphasis on military operations or government contracting preferred.
• Strong understanding of military logistics, procurement processes, and compliance regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
