About the Role
We are seeking an expert-level music composer and producer to collaborate on an exciting short film project. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in music composition and production, with a focus on mainstream pop and electronic genres. You will be responsible for creating original soundscapes that seamlessly integrate with the film’s visual narrative, enhancing the emotional and storytelling elements of the project. Experience with virtual instruments and post-production techniques is essential, as you will be working to craft a polished and immersive auditory experience.
This is a one-off project, but it may lead to follow-up work based on performance and project requirements. The role is remote, with a project budget of $8,000.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in music composition and production, particularly in mainstream pop and electronic music.
- Strong experience with virtual instruments and post-production tools.
- Proven ability to create soundscapes that enhance visual storytelling.
- Experience in collaborating on film or media projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within project timelines.
- Availability for a project timeline of more than a week.
