We are looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (Sr. CPM) to join our A-team (hybrid*/remote). As a Sr. CPM at Allucent, you are responsible for collaborating on the strategy for clients with their Cell Gene Therapy (CGT) development opportunities across relevant therapeutic areas. The Sr. CPM CGT reports to the Head of Global Operations CGT (HGOCGT). The Sr. CPM, CGT is a member of the Cell and Gene Therapy Solutions Center, and as such supports the delivery of specialized CGT materials and processes.

In this role your key tasks will include:

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including Project Managers, Clinical Trial Leads. and other cross-functional teams
• Support with the development and implementation of CGT specific project management processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the projects.
• Ensures effective risk management across the project delivery lifecycle.
• Effectively solves problems with project teams by applying strategic thinking and conflict resolution skills.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of project costs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Balances multiple competing priorities, with effective and efficient resource utilization across projects and programs.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare and/or business degree; Master’s degree or greater preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive clinical project management experience, with at least 3 years of clinical project management experience
• Extensive experience in Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) clinical trials is essential     
• Preference for candidates with CRA experience
• Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
• Strong financial acumen, administrative excellence and analytical skills
• Experience managing global clinical trials
