Blue Corona is a technology-enabled digital marketing company that helps home services companies increase their leads and sales, optimize their marketing investments, and differentiate their brands online. Blue Corona deploys inbound and outbound internet marketing strategies such as paid media (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, website design and development, and marketing analytics services to measurably increase marketing performance.
Blue Corona offers its clients a full set of services of website creation, hosting, administration, and maintenance. This includes the design, development, & launch of new websites, ongoing hosting, security, & website administration services, and ongoing website update services such as promotions, campaigns, new landing pages, add-on functionality, and other miscellaneous services. We do most of our Development in the WordPress ecosystem and most of our deployments are on WPEngine. Our websites make extensive use of tracking technologies to power our analytics and engagement tools to increase lead conversions.
Blue Corona is authorized to do business in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in or able to work from a state where Blue Corona is registered, you will not be eligible for employment.
*Please note, we are only able to hire those who currently reside in either EST or CST time zones, not including New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, Columbus, OH, or Philadelphia, PA.
Summary of Position:
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we are exceeding our clients' goals and expectations. You will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You will be strategic, detail-oriented. and data-driven.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on OTT (Over-the-top) ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
- Monitor the pacing of OTT campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
- Analyze the performance of OTT campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance
- Track and report performance metrics of OTT campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate what is happening in the campaigns, why it's happening and what we're doing about it to continually improve performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients in front of their competitors through OTT campaigns
- Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve OTT performance
- Keep up to date with OTT and broader paid media best practices and planning and research tools
- Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant OTT requests
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Maintain and establish expertise in all utilized ad serving platforms and share that knowledge with the rest of the Paid Media Team
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of paid media experience
- 1 year of OTT (over-the-top) experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- The ability to think strategically, proactively and creatively, focusing on innovative and measurable solutions
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
