Full Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced relationship builder to manage the full partnership lifecycle, including implementation, training, project management, and ongoing client support. You'll be responsible for establishing deep relationships with partner sites to execute launch plans and ensure long-term success quickly. This position is ideal for someone with customer success and project management experience who wants to create and iterate on the key processes of an innovative digital health company. The Partner Experience Manager is critical in driving efforts to rapidly scale the Koda Health network of partners and advance the organization's mission to transform end-of-life care planning.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire partner relationship, including implementation, training, project management, and ongoing client support
- Serve as the main point of contact for multiple partner sites, facilitating excellent communication, problem-solving, high adoption rates, and collaboration
- Translate Koda Health software and processes seamlessly into partner’s clinical workflows
- Facilitate and conduct client training, providing deep product and process expertise
- Clarify assignments and deliverables across the cross-functional teammates involved in implementation planning; manage integration of team members’ work
- Identify project risks and potential liabilities and provide management recommendations where appropriate for the execution of the implementation and customer success plans
- Resolve issues related to partner relations, project quality, and project risks
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive renewals and expansion of client relationships
- Iterate upon existing implementation and support processes
- Compile and track metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
A sample of your first 30/60/90 days at Koda:
- In the first 30 days — gain a strong understanding of the product and implementation processes; shadow existing partner meetings and implementations
- In the first 60 days — begin managing existing partner relationships and patient support staff
- In the first 90 days — lead the first implementation, iterate on client processes, and develop a strong rapport with client teams to drive long-term partnerships and success.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of account management, project management, or implementation experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Operationally focused, detail oriented, and results-driven leader
- Proactively seek solutions and look for opportunities to improve processes
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success
- Team player eager to expand their skill sets and grow within the company
- Comfortable with change and iteration - a desire to work in a fast-growing startup environment with a drive toward continuous improvement informed by key learnings
- Work location: Remote, but Houston, TX area strongly preferred
- Travel: 25%
