As a Policy Analyst at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in conducting research, analyzing policies, and providing recommendations to support our clients in achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on policies and regulations to support decision-making processes.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed policy changes and provide recommendations based on research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment of policies with organizational objectives.
- Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track policy developments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in policy development and review processes, providing input and recommendations.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing policies and propose solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in policy analysis and development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Policy Analyst or related role.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in policy analysis techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in the government contracting or related industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in policy documents.
