Full Job Description
NuvoLogic is seeking a proactive and independent Project Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support services to assist the U.S. Department of the Interior DOI, Office of Planning and Performance Management (PPP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within government consulting or related fields. This position requires someone who can take initiative, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and assist the client to ensure their projects are executed efficiently and on time. The position involves providing comprehensive administrative support for DOI’s efforts related to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) initiatives. This role will report to PPP’s BIL/IRA Performance Lead, provide support to internal PPP staff, and facilitate communication with DOI bureau stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collect, document, and report upon PPP data requests, including performance measures, enterprise risks, and evaluations.
- Communicate program policies and requirements to partners and federal programs.
- Analyze department requests to ensure information addresses the objectives.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate schedules, and manage meeting logistics.
- Document meeting notes/minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain files and documents according to PPP file management guidelines.
- Track and report on the adoption of performance frameworks for funded programs.
- Coordinate with Dept of Interior bureaus to monitor progress and status of evidence building activities and align them with strategic objectives.
- Develop project management reports and KPIs.
- Update and manage tracking tools and spreadsheets.
- Monitor data call schedules and progress for evidence building activities.
- Provide customer service to internal PPP staff as it relates to tasks requested.
- Develop and disseminate reporting schedules to stakeholders and ensure tasks are on schedule.
- Follow up with bureaus, offices, or other federal partners on submission deadlines. Provide regular updates to the BIL/IRA Performance Lead.
- Review, organize, and summarize performance measures, risks, and evaluation data for management reporting.
- Utilize MS Office tools to organize and present BIL/IRA evidence data.
- Assist in the development, review, and editing of performance and evidence publications.
- Interface with senior Government officials in a supporting role to PPP personnel as well as develop and maintain effective working relationships with PPP employees and federal partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
