Full Job Description

Everpeak is an award-winning Salesforce and Hubspot consulting partner. We have an immediate need for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The project manager will be the face of Everpeak to our clients. A key to your success will be understanding how clients could better use Salesforce and Hubspot and ensuring that consultants meet expectations while maximizing Everpeak’s opportunity with each client. You will partner with our team of technical consultants to lead discovery sessions, document requirements, manage project plans, and provide regular client updates. 

This role is a remote 1099 contractor position, not a full-time role. The time requirement will start at 10-15 hours per week and increase based on performance and available clients. Some weeks may be as many as 20 hours to start. All communication will be through an Everpeak email address and Slack.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Always make sure our clients are happy
  • Build and staff the project team for every client engagement
  • Have regular meetings and interface with our client decision-makers and influencers
  • Lead client kickoff meetings and discovery sessions 
  • Document requirements and develop them into value-driven roadmaps
  • Drive growth of our client relationships by identifying and overseeing the closure of renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor our consultants on projects to ensure the work is timely and executed at a high level 
  • Have strategic conversations with our clients to help them understand all of the ways Everpeak can add value
  • Manage against KPIs within set timelines; review with the delivery leader
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust and open communication

What you bring to the team:

  • 8+ years of full-time experience working full-time in a project management role  
  • 5+ years of full-time experience working with Salesforce or Hubspot, preferably both
  • You do not have a full-time job (W-2) that requires 40 hours per week
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools (ie Trello, Asana, JIRA, Basecamp)
  • A problem solver and thought leader who can recommend opportunities and not just wait to be told what to work on
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business
  • Ability to be a business-led thinker and help provide actionable solutions to client problems
  • Based in the US
  • A certificate in Salesforce or Hubspot is a bonus but not required
