JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Analyst Admin will be responsible for overseeing the administrative duties that are related to the Quality Analyst process.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform outreaches to doctors to confirm claimant attendance or no-show status to examinations scheduled. Update all necessary parties for next actions based on client requirements and/or client-specific instructions following outreaches, including but not limiting to processing No-Show letters.
- Perform outreach calls to doctors to ensure timely delivery reports and update clients on report status.
- Perform electronic report & invoice sendouts to clients and the WCB for NY WC IMEs
- Assist with Dane Street’s “Intake” to ensure that incoming reports or other QA documentation is uploaded into the respective case timely and with the appropriate notifications made.
- Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in an administrative role in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Present exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to multitask, apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Supply and support their own internet services.
- Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - 25.00/hr USD
