Full Job Description
Remote Healthcare recruiting experience
Proven work experience in a commission Recruitment or Sales role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements
- Full desk recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
- Knowledge of employee orientation, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes is a plus
- Sales or experience is a plus
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer
