Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Resort & Cruise Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resort and cruise bookings for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, and ensure that their resort and cruise experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
As a Resort & Cruise Coordinator, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the booking process, providing personalized recommendations and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage resort and cruise bookings for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including confirming reservations, processing payments, and sending necessary documents to clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their resort and cruise experiences, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Authorized to work in the US.
