ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is a leading provider of Roadside Assistance Services. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional assistance to drivers in need.

As a member of our Roadside Assistance Services team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other roadside emergencies. You will work closely with drivers to assess their needs, coordinate service providers, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from drivers in need of roadside assistance.
• Assess the situation and gather necessary information to determine appropriate assistance.
• Coordinate with service providers, such as tow truck drivers or mechanics, to dispatch help to the location.
• Provide clear instructions and updates to drivers regarding estimated arrival times and service plans.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, interactions, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices in Roadside Assistance Services.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or roadside assistance environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of roadside assistance services, automotive terminology, and basic vehicle troubleshooting is a plus.
• Fluency in English and additional language(s) is advantageous.
