We are looking to bring on an Account Executive to join the sales team. Our global sales team is tight knit, candid and provides an environment for both performance and supportive growth. In this role, the ideal candidate will be driven to work independently in reaching their personal sales milestones while also being a team player. They should also be level headed, articulate and a first principles thinker.

What You’ll Do with Us
- Conduct sales presentations for new prospects by doing deep discovery, providing an overview of our services, associating pain points and leading them through a seamless buying process.
- Demonstrate deep understanding, confidence, and enthusiasm among new sales prospects; setting the stage for long-term engagement and growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation.
- Responsible for a high level of daily performance - looking to meet/exceed quota.
- Provide insightful learnings from customer interactions - always seeking creative ways to grow our business.
- Become a Stadium product expert, learning the ins and outs on both the front and back end of the platform.
- Use Hubspot CRM to keep meticulous notes and manage all lead data.
- Provide clear communications to prospective customers throughout their buying journey.
- Get buy in from different departments within large orgs ensuring they are equipped to leverage our platform effectively and queuing them up properly for onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service to support our customers.
Requirements
- 1-4 years experience selling products to customers (SAAS preferred but not required)
- A fun and optimistic personality. Easy to get along with but driven and focused
- A desire to make a meaningful impact on rapidly growing business taking on a large market
- Great listener and keen to understand situations before responding
- No nonsense communicator - concise, effective and articulate
- Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar and tone
- A solutions oriented mindset - quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations
- An organized and process oriented approach to conducting business
- Team player and humble attitude
