This is a fully and permanently remote work from home opportunity with a growing and stable company available in select states across the US: AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, MO

The wage for this position is $90,000 annually.

The Role

Guidant financial is currently looking for a remote Sales Consultant I plays a pivotal role in educating pre-vetted prospective clients on business financing strategies and closing deals. This role focuses on providing clear, concise information to early-stage clients about financing options and answering questions related to their needs. The representative works with pre-qualified clients, and the primary responsibility is to ensure clients are fully informed about their options and successfully move through the financing process. The role is critical in closing deals, basic compliance and maintaining client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide clients with detailed information on various business financing strategies and options, ensuring they fully understand the products and services available to them.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding financing options, providing accurate and timely information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with clients to finalize financing agreements, guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth transition to the closing phase.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions in Salesforce CRM, ensuring all client notes, communications, and updates are logged.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including those handling onboarding and lead generation, to ensure clients are engaged and supported throughout the financing process.
  • Consistently work towards achieving personal and team sales goals, helping the company meet its revenue objectives.
  • Maintain exceptional punctuality and reliability in all scheduled calls, meetings, and engagements.

Additional Functions

  • Participate in continuous learning to enhance sales skills and industry expertise.
  • Actively participate in team training sessions to ensure the continued growth.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Rollovers as Business Startups (ROBS), offering detailed guidance and solutions for clients utilizing this financing structure.
  • Proactively resolve complex client issues and offer suggestions to improve sales processes and client onboarding.
  • Offer insights and suggestions to improve the sales process, client onboarding, and CRM management, helping streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful inside sales experience preferred, ideally in a competitive environment with a proven track record of driving revenue as a top producer.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Exceptional motivation to achieve goals, driven by competition, recognition, and earning potential.
  • Extensive experience selling high-end services to entrepreneurs and high-income professionals via phone.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Advanced listening skills, paired with the ability to provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker

Other Requirements

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must meet work from home requirements to qualify
  • Complete continuing education based upon current certifications

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are primarily performed in an office environment and require sufficient personal mobility and physical capability to permit employee to function in this environment
  • Requires sitting at a desk for up to 8 hours and ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds

For this position there are minimum work from home requirements that must be met in order to perform the essential functions in a remote work from home (WFH) environment. These include 1) a space to work out of (i.e., home office) and 2) High speed internet.
