Your new role: Sales Director - US

As the Sales Director, you will take ownership of all sales and customer-focused activities, driving annual contract value (ACV) outcomes in the US region. In this pivotal role, you will support two key stakeholders :

  • The Americas VP/GM: By delivering on key revenue and sales KPIs, you'll directly contribute to the company's success.
  • The US Sales Team: Your leadership will inspire and empower your team of Account Executives to reach their highest potential, driving performance and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue and Bookings: Lead the charge in hitting quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring the team’s performance is fully aligned with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture that thrives on growth and collaboration.
  • Channel Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our channel organization and partners, enabling the team to successfully close large-scale deals through a strong partner ecosystem.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust funnel and pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities and long-term growth potential.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing escalations promptly and driving product adoption to strengthen relationships and retention.

Requirements

About you

  • Sales Leadership: 5-7 years of proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving revenue goals.
  • Enterprise Sales: Successful track record in selling to Fortune 1000 companies, with a strong understanding of large-scale business environments.
  • Talent Development: Passion for turning good salespeople into great ones and driving already high achievers to exceed their previous success.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and drive executive sponsorship.
  • Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking mindset, capable of developing and executing sales strategies that align with leadership goals.
  • Customer Focus: Expertise in managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving product adoption while handling escalations effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS is essential; knowledge of CCaaS and/or CAI is highly desirable.
