Full Job Description
** This is a remote contract position that goes through January 2025 with potential to extend**
client is seeking a Copywriter on a contract basis to support their Sales Enablement team. This role is virtual and will report into the Sr. Director of Enablement Operations. In this role you will partner with Learning & Development, Comms, and various project leads to draft and optimize content for all enablement programs.
What you’ll be doing
• Responsible for developing and editing copy in support of sales enablement programs & initiatives
• Develop sales enablement content including sales guides, playbooks, presentations, email templates, and training materials.
• QA content to ensure its information accuracy and overall readability
• Edit and proofread with exceptional attention to detail
• Deliver all copy on time and error-free
• Submit work for review and approval, coordinate and implement edits, manage versioning, update status of work in progress and delivery dates, and coordinate task handoff
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all sales enablement content is aligned with brand messaging, tone, and style guidelines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and knowledge to inform content creation
• Partner with a team of learning experience designers, enablement experts and program managers to develop enablement deliverables
• Be able to take direction and be flexible through changes in strategy and creative direction
Requirements
• 3+ years in professional copywriting, preferably in sales enablement, marketing, communications and/or public relations
• 2+ years at an agency or with a tech company
• Outstanding command of storytelling, grammar and craft
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and great attention to detail
• Exceptional writing/editing skills
• Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Ability to successfully work on multiple projects, prioritizing work and time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words and proper use of grammar, punctuation, acronyms
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts and collaborating with team members to draft intelligent, compelling content
• Experience in high-growth environments with an understanding of how to navigate organizational change efforts.
Benefits
Compensation Range: $35-45/hr
- This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process.
