Full Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst will provide support to the Finance and Accounting department by performing day to day quoting, invoicing, and data review tasks. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Customer Success. Additionally the analyst will help with month end close tasks.
- Contract administration and quoting expansions and renewals
- Assisting the sales team with special quotes/quoting issues
- Review of closed won deals to ensure correct and reliable data
- Work with customers to ensure we are properly setup as a vendor and have the correct billing information/contact
- Weekly reconciliation of Salesforce data to ensure the data is reliable
- Prepare various transactional level reconciliations in Salesforce
- Partner with the Sales team to create invoices and track the receivables.
- Help with implementations, maintenance and adherence to internal controls. Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline processes.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end GAAP financial statements and schedules. Prepare supporting schedules for annual audit
- Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close procedures, including preparation of monthly journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and preparation of finance reporting packages
Requirements
- 1-3 years Sales Operations or Accounting experience
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience using a CPQ tool (preferably Salesforce CPQ)
