JOB SUMMARY
Adare is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our business support team focused on customer service and quality. This role is responsible for CRM support, analytics and reporting for the commercial team and producing high functioning tools in excel, smart sheet, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
- Leverages tools and resources to enable effective selling processes, measuring sales force productivity and ensuring effective implementation of established strategies and tactics.
- Develop or improve commercial team tools that will help proficiency and accuracy in proposal writing, pricing, and presentations.
- Partner with CRM consultants to ensure CRM is set up to appropriately measure and enable the sales model and associated KPIs for all end users.
- Lead trainings on new CRM launches and updates to end users
- Lead steering committee meetings and provide monthly updates on changes within CRM to all end users.
- Salesforce Support: Provide ongoing strategic support to the Proposal, Business Development and Marketing teams. Act as the key contact point for Sales and Marketing colleagues on data-related questions.
- Engage with Proposals, Business Development and Marketing to share CRM-generated insights. Continuously identify sources of data generation through CRM capture and utilization.
- Properly manage data and secure appropriate documentation archiving.
- Continuously improve the CRM process flow.
- Diligently track the pipeline of commercial team activities and communicate the status to appropriate stakeholders including upper management as necessary.
- Create commercial team related analytics, KPIs, presentations and reports as required.

Requirements
- BS/BA degree and 8+ of related experience required OR 5+ years’ experience and an advanced degree.
- Experience in reporting and analytics for a CMO/CDMO.
- Technical understanding of a CDMO cGMP manufacturing environment (preferable oral solid dose experience) and associated KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and personal time management skills.
- Strong executive level presenting interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal colleagues ranging from Subject Matter Experts to members of the Senior Leadership team globally.
- Strong analytical and questioning skills to be able to extract detailed information quickly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both internal and external.
- Highly skilled in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Extensive SharePoint and Salesforce.com required, Tableau or Power BI preferred, but not required.
- Ability to function in a rapidly changing environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to participate / lead meetings (via teleconference) in different time zones.
- Minimal travel will be required.
