JOB TITLE: Sales Support Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Client Success
REPORTS TO: Director of Client Success
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
JOB TYPE: Full-time
COMPENSATION: $50K-$55K
SUMMARY OF POSITION
At Meteor Education, we are passionate about assisting schools in transforming their learning experiences by aligning the pedagogy, space, and technology to impact the teaching and learning in a positive manner. Responsibilities include ensuring excellence in support from team to internal and external customers, while increasing the speed and efficiency of the transactional quoting process.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal/External Customer Support
· Initiating all transactional quote requests from LESs, DMDs, external customers and inbound lead follow-up
· Ensure all requests have required information, clean and accurate specifications, and are within the company’s standard for margin prior to progressing to Transactional Business Coordinators for quoting
· Provide customer service by establishing positive relationships with both internal and external customers ensuring satisfaction and retention
Increased Speed & Efficiency of Overall Transactional Quote Process
· Providing an excellent level of customer service level to our internal/external customers in regard to transactional quote requests
Projects Support for Growth & Sales Operations (non-studio areas)
· Work closely with the transactional business team to streamline the quote request process
· Support transactional sales marketing campaigns
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School diploma or its equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
· Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years experience
· Demonstrated multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
· School furniture industry experience a plus
NOTE: All Meteor new hires are expected to attend an in-person cultural orientation which requires travel to our home office in Gainesville, FL. Employees may also be required to travel and attend annual company meetings and events. All business-related travel expenses will be paid for by Meteor per our company travel and expense policy.
