Position Title: Salesforce Integration Consultant

Location: USA (Remote, EST Preferred)

• Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 + Bonus
• Available for W2, 1099, and CTH (Contract-to-Hire)
• For contract roles, the hourly rate is $80PH - $120PH

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Consultant specializing in MuleSoft and Snowflake to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce integration, extensive experience with MuleSoft for integration solutions, and proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integration best practices and the ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions. The position involves a travel element to various client sites across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy and Design:

• Develop integration strategies and architectures for Salesforce, utilizing MuleSoft for middleware and Snowflake for data warehousing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions that meet business needs.

Implementation and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with various systems and Snowflake.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability in all integration processes.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful integration delivery.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Snowflake.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance integration processes and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Integration Consultant, with a focus on MuleSoft and Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and its various modules.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API-led connectivity.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing solutions.
• Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architect).
• MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect).
• Experience with other integration tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
