SAP MM Consultant

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement and material management processes.

Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the SAP MM module.

Conduct workshops with key users to gather detailed information on procurement cycles, inventory management, and vendor management

Configure SAP MM components including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and invoice verification.

Customize settings for purchase orders, requisitions, inventory management, pricing procedures, and release strategies.

Set up and configure material master data, vendor master data, and purchase info records.

Ensure seamless integration of the MM module with other SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), FI (Financial Accounting), and WM (Warehouse Management).

Work on cross-module integrations such as MM-FI for vendor payments, MM-SD for sales order processing, and MM-PP for production material management.

Lead or assist in the data migration process, ensuring accurate transfer of material, vendor, and purchasing data from legacy systems to SAP.

Manage and maintain master data (e.g., material master, vendor master) and ensure consistency and accuracy across the system.

Manage or assist in SAP MM projects, coordinating tasks with functional teams, technical teams, and business users.

Ensure project milestones are met, risks are managed, and the solution is delivered on time.
