Position Summary:
Botrista Beverage Directors are an elite team of beverage and restaurant industry professionals. In this role you’ll build relationships with operations employees and restaurant executives to drive profitable beverage programs forward.
As a Botrista Beverage Director you will have the opportunity to curate precise beverage menus and recipes for Botrista Enterprise companies. You lead all aspects of the strategic menu development, product demos with executives, initial test installations, and testing excellence to ensure a successful transition to a company wide deployment.
Outside of your normal scope of work, you will be assigned special projects tailored to your unique skill set while also challenging you as a leader to grow; including new product and recipe development, account management outside of your normal brand assignments, consumer insights research, and industry shows and events.
Responsibilities:
● Ownership: Take responsibility for driving real growth in sales and profit. Your success hinges on the program account heath: operating efficiency, inventory management, marketing collateral, front line training and recognition.
● Build the relationship: Connect and coach front lines teams to drive beverage sales. Communicate with managers to reinforce standards and manage inventory. Collaborate with owners on profitability and waste tracking.
● Create buy-in: for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. Communicate the reasons why we offer the products we have and the importance of the DrinkBot standard operating procedures.
● Raise the bar: Continuous process, product and people improvement. Your individual background and experience brings a diverse viewpoint to the team. You’ll have the opportunity to chart your own path and contribute at a high level in every aspect of our business.
● Beverage expert: Stay on top of beverage, flavor and marketing trends. Passionately seek out opportunities to improve your expertise in beverages to position the Botrista Beverage Director team as best-in-class industry leaders.

● Guest obsessed: Go deep on the consumer profile of your brands to keep your finger on the pulse of what categories, flavors and beverage forms will sell the best. Lead the guest journey in all assigned brands to get to WOW with our beverage program.
● Be accountable: In this role you’ll drive the conversations, lead installations, train front line teams, and track sales. Recognize and reward partners who exceed expectations. Identify opportunities and recommend best practices.
● Marketing expert: Coordinate local activations to help promote and drive same store sales at a single partner location. Collaborate with our Marketing department to boost awareness with a large franchisee group while simultaneously innovating an Enterprise menu change for a national chain of restaurants.
● Menu strategy: Leverage critical brand insights to curate menu programs through understanding the brand identity of each client, identifying menu and execution gaps and leaning in to relevant trends, profiles, and brand guidelines.
● Sales driver: Everyone at Botrista is on the sales team, with the same driven focus: you’ll leverage every opportunity to drive new Enterprise sales including franchisee outreach, industry networking and positioning yourself as a brand ambassador and industry expert.
● Operational advocate: Be the voice of the operator: understand their needs and limitations of each business model, identify and eliminate barriers to success. Find ways to recognize and incentivise the front line teams. Exceed the expectations of current clients while setting up new locations for success.
Solutions consultant: Overseeing menu deployment and tech stack integration, digital menu, 3PD, loyalty program, location app. Evaluate product mix performance and providing menu recommendations
● Financial acumen: Full understanding of what motivates restaurant operators and franchisees and fluent in explaining how our program benefits their business model. Detailed tracking of all of your accounts for frequent reporting to Botrista executives and check-ins with brand leaders.
● Bring it all together: Contribute ideas to product development initiatives. Including product pricing and positioning strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, software, hardware and supply chain teams. Work closely with product management executives to deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Skills:
● Natural communicator. written, oral, and visual presentations catered to each audience, frontline, management and ownership. The ability to interact with and clearly present information to all levels of management and stakeholders.
● Obsessed with organization, with superior time management; The ability to work from anywhere, across time zones, over slack, email, cell phone and video calls, with all levels of leadership.
● Forecast plan and deliver: Understanding of the project scope and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact. Have strong planning, project management, stage-gate, and execution skills, and the ability to build and manage complex systems and processes.
● Stay in the know: Advanced knowledgeof the full life cycle of product development; Equally comfortable with big picture strategic planning and the details of tactical execution and have no trouble switching between macro and micro views.
● Process oriented: Plan and manage product development stages while developing and documenting workflow processes.
● Be a Mentor: Be a coach and trainer to all associates and newcomers to Botrista to develop the open and welcoming culture and we win as a team
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, technology management, similar or equivalent business experience
● 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, food-service channel, or in a related industry.
● Demonstrated success in executing innovation to deliver on time, within budget, and to consumer and internal expectations
● The ability to adapt to fast changing environments
● Familiarity with Business travel, Slack, PowerBI, Salesforce, ClickUp
● Up to 75% Travel
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000
