Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and implement strategic sales initiatives across North America, focusing on solution-based selling and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Client Engagement: Actively listen and respond to client needs, tailoring Zetwerk’s solutions to meet specific objectives. Develop and maintain strong connections with VP-level sourcing and supply chain executives.
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate with various departments, including purchasing, quality, and engineering, to influence decision-making processes within client organizations.
  • Negotiation and Presentation: Skillfully craft and deliver presentations, quotations, and negotiate supply agreements to secure new business opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Bring your own established pipeline of contacts and opportunities to accelerate growth and drive immediate impact in the market.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and engage key decision-makers, blockers, and influencers within target organizations, opening new avenues for business where none existed before.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Zetwerk Manufacturing USA Inc. at trade shows and industry events, enhancing our visibility and reputation.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to streamline supply chain operations and ensure smooth business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales within the OEM/Manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on commodities such as Fabrications, Castings, Forgings, Extrusions, Complex Machining, and Assemblies.
  • Education: While a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred, we will consider candidates with extensive experience in selling components to OEMs and will accept it in lieu of formal education.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven track record in driving sales growth through engineering-based solutions, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and client needs.
  • Pipeline: A robust existing pipeline of contacts within the industry, enabling you to hit the ground running and contribute to immediate business growth.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to navigate and succeed in complex B2B sales environments, with a focus on building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Networking: Leverage a substantial network of contacts among VP-level supply chain executives to expand Zetwerk’s footprint in the industry.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience working in multicultural and cross-border team settings, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and global market dynamics.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams) is essential.
