The Calling:
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will be an integral part of our marketing team. This person will be the marketing expert on Branching Minds' offerings, understanding how they fit into key markets, audience personas, and the campaigns and marketing tactics that will deliver results. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify high-impact marketing opportunities and develop targeted multichannel campaigns and content.
You will collaborate with Partnerships and Sales to identify trends and opportunities in their target markets, and develop integrated campaigns, email campaigns, and full ABM campaigns to drive engagement, influence buying decisions, and accelerate the buyer’s journey, resulting in increased sales pipeline and quality leads. Managing an Events Marketing Manager and a Performance Marketing Manager, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product, you’ll ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding as well as leverage cross-team learnings.
Leveraging a wealth of top-notch thought leadership content and a team of subject matter experts at Branching Minds, the Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing campaigns and content effectiveness by tracking and monitoring target audience engagement to drive funnel volume and velocity. Working closely with the Revenue Operations Manager and Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership, this position develops, manages, and analyzes integrated marketing campaigns and channel performance with clearly articulated KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Achieve:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to strategize top-priority marketing campaigns.
- Oversee all lead generation and nurturing efforts, including paid channels, organic web, events, email automation, and account-based marketing.
- Define campaign tactics, audience segments, A/B tests, and create integrated marketing campaigns to deliver on pipeline creation targets.
- Assist marketing team with digital marketing deployment, including emails, paid search, paid ads, landing page creation, web page content/SEO enhancements, etc.
- Work closely with Sales to define rules of engagement and deliver complementary Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to influence and accelerate the conversion of key accounts.
- Work hand-in-hand with the content team to align efforts and strengthen impact.
- Set and achieve pipeline generation targets.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize and improve results continuously.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including the Events Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Manager.
- Manage marketing contractor, vendor, and agency relationships and initiatives to expand marketing capacity and effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify and explore new marketing opportunities and channels to expand reach and drive growth.
Requirements
Why We Want You:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in lead generation or integrated campaign management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
- Experience in digital marketing, including emails and email automation, Account-Based Marketing, website optimization, paid ads, paid social, A/B testing, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive business.
- Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools to manage, develop, and track marketing activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing marketing agency partnerships.
Lucky Us If You:
- Have a background in K-12 education and MTSS
- Have experience using Hubspot
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms, tools, and products
- Have great design skills (Canva or Adobe suite) and can create visual web content
Interview Process:
If we are a match, you can expect a total of 3 steps in the interview process after the initial application:
- 30-minute phone screening interview with the VP of Marketing
- 1-hour assignment; optional submission of portfolio and/or work samples
- 60-minute video interview with the hiring committee including members of the marketing team

- The range of our base salary cash compensation is between $82,000-$110,000. Final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience, level of expertise, and geographic location.
